Sales performance depends on the whole system.
Most interventions address individual symptoms. We start with the system: the interactions behind your current results and those needed to achieve the results you want.
The foundations of our work.
Keeshifts does not sell a methodology. We start with your sales context and the practices your teams already use. We build from there. If a methodological framework is missing, we choose one together to fit your context, not our habits.
Every engagement starts with an assessment.
Every engagement starts with understanding your sales system. We assess it before taking action.
Assessment
Interviews with leaders, managers and a sample of salespeople. Analysis of existing measures: conversion rates by stage, sales cycle length and forecast accuracy. Observation of a sales meeting.
Targeted intervention
Training tailored to your context (1 to 2 days, if the assessment shows it is needed). 2 KEEGROUND™ cycles: pre-meeting briefing (30 min), on-the-job coaching through silent observation, then a Mirror debrief within 2 hours (45 min). Analysis of video-call recordings through Claap where applicable.
Embedding change and measuring results
2 solution-focused coaching sessions for managers (Ericksonian approach, 1 hour each). 1 group opportunity review (3 hours): priority deals, simulations based on real cases and plan adjustments. 1 group review session, with findings presented to leadership.
Indicative duration. The assessment determines what is needed. Keeshifts may decline an engagement if the conditions for success are not in place.
A jointly developed RACI follows the assessment, setting out who owns each responsibility at each phase. A shared management tool, not paperwork.
Training alone does not change sales behaviour.
Based on its study of successful managers, the Center for Creative Leadership found that 70% of skill development happens through real work. Another 20% comes from interactions with peers, managers or coaches. Only 10% comes from formal training.
The same principle applies to sales teams: sales behaviour changes through real work, not classroom training.
Most firms build their services around the 10%. Keeshifts focuses on the remaining 90%.
We work alongside your teams in real sales situations. We debrief after sales meetings. We coach managers so they can lead the change themselves. Training follows when the assessment shows it is needed. It is never the starting point.
Four ways of working. Often combined.
Training
Training tailored to your context and informed by the assessment. Never standardised or delivered in isolation.
On-the-job coaching
On-the-job coaching using the KEEGROUND™ protocol: a pre-meeting briefing (30 min), silent observation in a real sales situation, then a Mirror debrief within 2 hours. We also analyse video-call recordings through Claap where applicable. This is where lasting behaviour change happens, not in a classroom.
Coaching
Individual or group solution-focused coaching. Support for managers moving into new roles and teams facing change.
Sales consultancy & delivery
Go-to-market strategy, sales repositioning and offer development. Strategic thinking followed by practical delivery. We work with your teams when they can take the lead, or deliver for you when urgency or complexity calls for it.
These approaches work together. The assessment determines the best combination for achieving the results we agree.
Our commitment. Your commitment.
Our commitment
- A clear method, a system-wide assessment and sustained rigour.
- Measures jointly signed off before work starts.
- We continue at no extra cost if the objectives are not met.
Your commitment
- Teams available for scheduled sessions.
- Leadership actively involved, not watching from the sidelines.
- Decisions put into practice.
- Access to the data needed to measure progress.
A jointly developed RACI document follows the assessment. It sets out who does what, who decides and who is informed at each phase. A shared management tool, not a formality.
A framework focused on results, not days delivered.
We define, measure and jointly sign off success measures before work starts. If they are not achieved by the deadline, we continue at no extra cost until they are.
A commitment to results, not the number of days delivered.
Before work starts, we agree the expected results and how to measure them. Our success depends on yours, not the number of days billed.
If the conditions are not right, we tell you and recommend another option.
Successful work requires leadership commitment, available teams and clear objectives. If these conditions are not in place, we tell you directly. Where needed, we refer you to a suitable partner.

Common questions
Common questions.
What clients ask before work starts.
We do not start with a list of skills to develop. We look at the results your sales system produces today and what it should produce. Training may be part of the answer. It is rarely the whole answer.
Between 2 and 4 weeks, depending on the organisation's size and the scope. The aim is a clear assessment with priorities, not an exhaustive report.
No. We work with a representative sample of leaders, managers and salespeople. This is enough to identify the patterns that matter.
The assessment is a standalone step with value in its own right. What follows depends on what we find.
Organisations with established sales teams that have invested in tools or training but are not seeing the results that investment should deliver.
An audit records what is there. A Keeshifts assessment explains how the elements interact. It is the difference between listing symptoms and understanding their causes.
Yes, when the assessment shows it is needed. Never as the starting point. Always in response to a specific need in your context.
Using measures agreed together before work starts: forecast accuracy, conversion rate, sales cycle length, adoption of methods and average margin per deal.
Both. A growing organisation needs a sound sales system just as much as one facing difficulties. The symptoms differ. The method is the same.
Start with a 30-minute conversation, with no commitment. We will see whether our work fits the challenges you face.
Start with a conversation, not a commitment.
30 minutes to understand your context. We listen and give you an honest initial view. Either side can say no.
No commitment. No unsolicited proposal.
